Keys for Life

Every key on a piano tells a story. When played with love, care, and passion, these stories can touch souls, rekindle memories, and illuminate lives. At Keys for Life, we play for those stories, and with every note, we hope to unlock the doors of happiness, nostalgia, and warmth for our elderly. Let’s create more stories together, one key at a time.

About

Joshua Trogan

Joshua Trogan, a 17-year-old prodigious talent, is currently a student at the esteemed Staten Island Technical High School. From the tender age of 5, the melodies of the piano have resonated deeply with him, shaping his passion and aspirations. Joshua’s prowess on the keys has led him to perform on some the world’s most renowned stages, including Steinway Hall, Carnegie Hall, and even the Georgian Consulate. Over the years, he has garnered numerous accolades that stand testament to his skill and dedication.

He is also fulfilling his dream of bringing the enchantment of classical music to those who seldom get a chance to experience it—the underprivileged and the elderly. With every note he plays, Joshua hopes to touch lives and spread the joy of music to every corner of the world.

He is the founder of Keys for Life, a non-for-profit organization, whose mission is to create moments of happiness and connection for the elderly through the universal language of classical piano performances at nursing home and adult care centers in the NYC metropolitan area.
